Who is eligible for a free photoshoot?
You have to meet the following conditions in order to book yourself a free of cost photoshoot within the Emirates of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
You are a resident of Dubai or Abu Dhabi. (those who are residing in the other Emirates will be requested to come to either Dubai or Abu Dhabi)
You are an individual not an entity
If you are an entity, you are just a startup company who cannot afford a professional photographer
You are a non-profit making or a charitable organisation within the UAE
Work required or rendered by me will not be for any commercial purpose unless it comes under the clause 3 & 3 above
You will be requested to provide details on why you cannot afford a professional photographer
With your permission, I will be eligible to use the (selected) photos for my professional social media or website.
You will be requsted to sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) which will define all terms and conditions
Job will be performed as per my personal schedule
Any special cost related to the photography job will be borne by you
I will have full authority or discretion to decline any job at anytime due to any reason of whatsoever nature
Note: Any information of whatsoever kind provided by you during the course of performing the photography job will not be used for any commercial or non-commercial purpsoes. Once the job is done, all related docs and information excluding the MOU will be discarded.
